What will happen next?
One of our fully qualified and insured assessors will provide you with a quotation and arrange for an assessment at your property to be conducted at a time convenient to you. This appointment may need to be an hour to a full day depending on the complexities of the property.
Once an on-site inspection has been carried out by an NDEA qualified EPC assessor, the information gathered is then used to produce an Energy Performance Certificate.
The Certificate and recommendations report are then lodged with the Government for future reference. A copy of the certificate will be sent to you either in an electronic PDF file or a certificate by post.
